Yogurt Dill Chicken Salad
Ingredients :
  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken (boiled)
  • 1 minced onion
  • 2/3 cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 table spoon low fat mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 1/2 tea spoon salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon black pepper
Method :
In a large bowl, combine diced cooked chicken with minced onion, yogurt, mayonnaise, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper Toss well and serve cold.
