2 tsp each of chopped garlic and fresh basil finely chopped
½ tsp each of zero sugar and ground black pepper
Method :
Cook pasta according to packet’s directions and drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Combine the drained pasta, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno peppers, olives, and green and red sweet pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss to mix well. For dressing, combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, cilantro, chili powder, garlic, sugar, oregano and black pepper in a bowl and mix well. Add the dressing to the pasta mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24-hrs.and garnish with fresh basil. Serve chilled
