Our Recipes for losing weight
Moong Salad (green lentil salad)
Ingredients :
  • 1-1/2 cup moong ( green lentil) soaked and boiled
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 1/2 bunch coriander chopped
  • Little mint leaves chopped
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp low cal sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed powder
Method :
Wash and boil moong dal until tender. Add onion, tomatoes and all seasoning. Mix well, add mint and mix lightly. Garnish with chopped coriander. Chill the dish before serving.
