300 Gms Dry fettuccini made up of oatmeal or soy flour or whole-wheat flour
1 cup evaporated skim milk
2 to 4 nos Garlic cloves
1 tsp Grated low fat cheese)
â…› Cup Chopped fresh parsley
Salt/Pepper to taste
100 Gms sliced mushroom
Method :
Cook pasta according to normal package instruction Drain. Place pasta in a large nonstick sauté' pan along with mushroom, milk and garlic. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Add cheese. Continue cooking until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Stir in parsley and black pepper and salt. In the last add fettuccini and serve hot in dish.
