Our Recipes for losing weight
Low-fat Fettuccini Alfredo
Ingredients :
  • 300 Gms Dry fettuccini made up of oatmeal or soy flour or whole-wheat flour
  • 1 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 2 to 4 nos Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Grated low fat cheese)
  • â…› Cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • 100 Gms sliced mushroom
Method :
Cook pasta according to normal package instruction Drain. Place pasta in a large nonstick sauté' pan along with mushroom, milk and garlic. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Add cheese. Continue cooking until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Stir in parsley and black pepper and salt. In the last add fettuccini and serve hot in dish.
