Our Recipes for losing weight
Khasta roti (oats Indian bread)
Ingredients :
    • 2 tbsp oatmeal flour
    • 2 tbsp wheat flour
    • 1 tbsp oat bran
    • ¼ tsp ajwain (seeds of bishop’s weed)
    • 3 tbsp zero sugar
    • 1 tbsp low fat butter (optional)
    • ½ cup skimmed milk
    • Olive oil for grilling
    • Salt to taste
Method :
Mix all the flours together in a large mixing bowl. Dissolve salt and sugar in milk. Add butter to the flour and mix well, add ajwain & milk. Mix well to make smooth dough. Now make roties and roast on a non-stick tawa until golden, brown on both sides. Serve hot.
