Oats Poha
Ingredients :
  • White oats-1/2 cup
  • Ginger chopped-1 spoon
  • Green chillies-2
  • Green coriander-2 spoons
  • Onions-1 medium
  • Curry leaves-3 spoons
  • Red chili (whole)-2 pcs
  • Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil-1/2tsp
  • Lemon juice- 2tsp
Method :
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds, whole red chilies, ginger, onions, and curry leaves. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add white oats sprinkle few drops of water and stir. Add green chilies. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves.
