Oat meal roti
Ingredients :
    • 1-cup oatmeal flour
    • ½ cup besan
    • ½ methi leaves finely chopped or dry you can use
    • 1-2 green chilies and ½ tsp ajwain
    • Salt to taste
    • Water as required
Method :
In a large bowl mix all ingredients and knead to smooth dough. Make small balls of equal sizes and roll with rolling pin to 3-4 inches roti. Heat tawa and cook rotis both sides until golden brown and serve with any vegetable.
