Jowar Laddoo

| Ingredients : |
- 1-cup besan
- 2 cups roasted Jowar flour
- 3/4-cup sugar
- 5-6 cloves
- 1-2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 3/4-cup almonds

| Method : |
| Put a little oil in a wok. Roast half the portion of almonds. Pour 1/2 cup of water in 3/4 cup of sugar. Allow it to boil till you have one-thread consistency of the sugar. Remove from flame. Pour all the ingredients in the hot sugar syrup cloves, green cardamom powder. Allow it to cool for 1 hour. Now make small round balls out of the mixture. Garnish with the rest of the almonds add Serve! |
