Our Hyperlipidemia
Garlic and herb tofu
Ingredients :
  • 300 gm Tofu
  • 1 medium size courgette
  • 100 gm Yellow Pepper
  • 215 gm Cherry Tomatoes
  • 130 gm White onions
  • 1 tbsp rosemary chopped
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chop Garlic
Method :
Cube the tofu and quarter the courgette lengthwise and cut into 2 cm chunks. Deseed the pepper and cut into 2.5cm pieces. Slice the onions and chop the garlic. Thread the tofu, courgette, pepper, cherry tomatoes and onions on to eight 15cm skewers or on a small one. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, garlic, herbs and seasoning and then grill under a moderately hot grill for 8-10 minutes, turning and brushing with the herb mixture, until the vegetables soften. Serve hot.
