Energy chaat
Ingredients :
  • 200 gms soy chunks
  • 150 gms cucumber
  • 150 gms anar
  • 100 gm onions
  • 70 gms coriander leaves
  • 25 gms green chilies
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 7 gms chaat masala
Method :
Soak the soy chunks in water for about 15 mines. Chop coriander, onions, cucumber and green chilies keep it aside. Take mixing bowl put veggies, soy chunks, salt & pepper and lemon juice. Toss all the ingredients together and serve chilled garnish with mint sprig.
