Our Hyperlipidemia
Sauteed Tofu
Ingredients :
  • 4 block (3-inch square) pieces tofu
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Salt  and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp green chili chopped
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
Method :
Cut tofu into 1 1/2-inch square pieces, and then cut each piece into 2 triangles, pat dry. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet, sauté tofu until golden brown and keep it aside. Add green onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, soy sauce and seasoning. Sauté again for 2 minutes and serve garnished with green onions.
