Our Diabetes Diet
Sprout sandwich
Ingredients :
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • ½ cup green gram sprouts
  • 1/4-cup finely chopped broccoli and fenugreek leaves
  • 1/4-cup finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 tsp low fat mayonnaise
  • 3 table spoon non-fat yogurt
  • Salt / pepper to taste
Method :
Make a paste by mixing together ingredients 3-6. Add sprouts and mix well. Spread the mixture on the bread slices cut in a desired shape. Serve with tomato and garlic sauce.
