Sprout sandwich

| Ingredients : |
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- ½ cup green gram sprouts
- 1/4-cup finely chopped broccoli and fenugreek leaves
- 1/4-cup finely shredded cabbage
- 1 tsp low fat mayonnaise
- 3 table spoon non-fat yogurt
- Salt / pepper to taste

| Method : |
| Make a paste by mixing together ingredients 3-6. Add sprouts and mix well. Spread the mixture on the bread slices cut in a desired shape. Serve with tomato and garlic sauce. |
