Our Diabetes Diet
Ragi dosa
Ingredients :
  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • 3 to 4 green chilies
  • 5-teaspoon brown rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil for grilling
  • ½ cup low fat curd
Method :
Mix together both the flours, chillies and salt. Add water and curd make it into a ‘dosa batter and keep it aside for 2 to 3 hours for the fermentation. Spray the hot non-stick pan with vegetable oil and pour 1 ladle full of the above batter over it. Spread gently to the desired thinness. Change sides to brown from both sides and remove. Serve hot with sambar etc.
