Soak moong dal over night and blend in a mixer with green chilies and ginger to smooth paste. Add 1 cup water, mix well to make a smooth thin batter. Now add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Heat a non-stick pan and spray little oil, pour 1 tbsp batter and grill till golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
