| 6. Soya Keema Methi Carry |
| Ingredients |
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- soy granules- 2 cups soak in water
- 2onion medium size
- 3-4 chilles
- 1tsp red chille powder
- pinch of turmeric
- 1/2tsp dhanya powder
- 1tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4tsp garam masala
- 20-30 fresh methi leaves
or
- 1tbsp of kasoori dry methi
- 1/4 bunch cilantro
- salt to taste.

| Method |
Cut onion, chilles into small pieces put kadia on stove when it is hot pour oil and put cut onions, chilles fry till golden brown and then add turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, methi leaves and fry, then add crumbles and fry a little more put chilli powder, salt and pour 1cup of water to it, and let it boil for 5min when it comes closer put dhaniya powder, garam masala powder to it and stir a little lastly add cilantro
