2 tbsp florets of cauliflower and broccoli blanched
Method
Place the oats and water in a small pan. Bring to the boil, stirring to encourage the porridge to thicken. When the porridge has thickened (about 5-7 minutes), remove from the heat. Heat a pan add all cut veggies sauté until tender and check the seasoning add to the porridge mix it once and pour the porridge into bowls. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
4. Oatmeal Sweet Pan Cake
Ingredients
Oat meal-4 tbsp
Egg white-1
Milk- ½ - 1 cup
Sugar – 1tsp
Chocolate sauce -3tsp
Method
Mix oatmeal, egg white, milk and sugar in a bowl.
Make into a semi thick batter.
Pour the mixture in a non stick pan. And let the pan cake cook till one side is done. Flip the pan cake to cook the other side.
Then take it out in plate and apply chocolate sauce on one side and roll it tightly. Cut it into round pieces. Can be served hot or cold.
