day.Avoid taking soft drinks or carbonated beverages.

Don't stuff yourself with food in a single sitting; instead have 5 to 6 small meals or snacks in a day. Eating several small meals helps the body to release less insulin.

* Make a habit of walking. Instead of driving car to the nearby market, prefer walking down. Walking is more important for people in sedentary jobs.

* Keep small plates for serving food because a study shows that the less food put in front of us, the less food we'll eat.

* Eat more vegetables during meals as water-rich foods like zucchini, tomatoes, and cucumbers reduce your overall calorie consumption.

* Use vegetables to make hefty meals. Like pasta salad loaded with vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes can be eaten twice. Same applies for stir-fries; add vegetables to make a fluffier omelet.

I know it doesn't sounds like a huge secret, but it's a dominant fact.  It's the little things that make up the extra inches around your waist line!

 

What are these little things I'm talking about?  They are:

 

    * Your eating way.

    * Time to eat.

    * What kind of foods you take eating more.

    * Which foods you should avoid at any costs.

    * How often you eat.

    * Simple exercises you should be doing that take only minutes and are actually fun.

   

If you think that eating less or not eating is the key to losing weight, then you are totally wrong.  Eating too little or empty stomach is not the way to have sustained weight loss, here is why...

 

    * You risk burning muscle of you crash diet by not eating anything. Your body will consume your muscle tissue, actually making it more difficult to keep the weight off down the road.

 

   * Eating much less slows your metabolism. You aren’t eating enough food to keep your metabolism running on high octane.

 

So just not eating or skip meals will not help you to solve your problems.  In fact, this will make things worse.  Like I said earlier, you need to focus on the little things. You have to focus on Your eating way, Time to eat, What kind of foods you take eating more, etc All these little details really add up.
