Every skin product seems to be assuring us about its anti-ageing quality. At the same time the exorbitant money value of such products lets us to discontinue with it after some days. So here are some easy to follow to tips for your skin

Rehydrating your skin
- make sure that you wash your skin twice with face wash and rinse your face regularly with cold water at least 3 times a day.

Drink skin rejuvenating beverages – Skin rejuvenating beverages includes fresh fruits juices, lemon honey drink, bael fruit sorbet, green tea or herbal teas. As all of these beverages detoxifies the skin tissue or cell and help them fight air pollution.

Moisturizing skin daily
– It’s very important to maintain the elasticity of the skin. So therefore, its important to moisturize the skin daily.

Increasing intake of whole grains – whole grains are rich in vitamins and minerals such as zinc, magnesium, selenium which boosts cell regeneration. As a result the repairing of damaged and dead skin cells is faster.

Eat 4-5 almonds or walnuts daily – Omega oils are present in almonds and walnuts which in turn help in building skin collagen. Collagen increases the elasticity of skin.

Nourish your skin once a week with home made pack and peels:

Oatmeal pack
Oatmeal + honey -1/2 tsp + rose water
Apply all over face and neck. Leave it till dry then wash it with normal temperature water.

Brany scrub
Wheat bran + besan – 1tsp + curd – 1 tsp
Make a paste of the above three and scrub it over gently on face and neck area.
